If you don’t know, I live here in Colombia, South America. There’s a reason for that; actually several but we’ll just tackle one today: international travel. You see, whenever I visit family and friends back stateside, I always get funny vibes passing through airport terminals. Sure, security is absolutely necessary but the criminal manner in which they treat you either going into or out of the United States is downright insane. I’ve traveled extensively post 9/11 and never get the treatment I do from Big Brother.
I thought It was just me being paranoid but then I got this message in reply to an email I sent touching on this very subject.
Take a look at what R.G. had to say in response:

When I went to Medellin, I got stopped and questioned in the Tampa airport. They asked me why I was going to colombia. They asked me who I was with. I said myself, and was meeting a friend there. They patted me down after they pulled me aside. They even put me in the wind tunnel machine to see if I had any bombs on me (lol). When I came back through U.S. customs I was heavily questioned. Why was I in colombia? Why did I feel the need to go there? Who do I know in Colombia? What did you do while you were there? I just looked at the customs officer blankly and said "I partied hard and met some pretty girls". Luckily the customs officer was my age, or that transaction could have looked a whole lot worse. I remember thinking "last I checked, single male adult travel was legal in the United States, is it not?" I also asked myself the same question you are asking your readers- how long WILL it be before the United States bans its men from overseas travel? Or perhaps they’ll just make it so uncomfortable for us that we’ll stop going overseas? The feminists and the big bridal and diamond industries make a whole lot more money when they keep American men (and their wallets) home and subservient.
